Date: January 6th, 2008.
    
    Recent events have called for drastic changes in the environment we live in. Our two 
armies once existed at peace with one another, but in light of recent events I have tossed 
all diplomatic conversations out the window, and  declared all members of the Alliance Navy 
"Kill on sight.". Understand it was not my intention to do so from the beginning, but simply 
my action after seeing that you indeed, have not changed over the months; as a whole. The 
majority of the AN still hold grudges, maintain an arrogant, cocky attitude, and have no 
grasp of the situations that are presented to them - Nor do they stay within their own rules 
and boundries. From this point onward, I am reinstating the boundries of 2005, in the first 
war I commanded against the Alliance Navy itself. The following statements apply as of this 
moment.

 -: My forces will abide the STABLE agreement. Loopholes will be exploited. 

 -: I will employ tactics I used back in the 2005 seige upon your group; espionage, bribery, 
and underhanded assaults will be made. 

 -: I will not back down in case of a ban. This does not mean you get to gloat and say you 
won; I will keep pressing until you fold and ask for a resolvement just as 2005 occurred. 

 -: I will not listen to whining, or anyone who has been begrudged in the past, if you wish 
to talk to me it will be done in a civilized manner, with someone who isn't inbred. 

 -: I will deploy propaganda en masse, stating my opinions with at times evidence to further 
my cause, and harm your morale, perhaps turning communities against you.

 -: I will strike weaknesses, such as people leaving, and exploit it to all Hell, as I did 
with death back in 2005. 

 -: And finally, I will use other organizations to get at you as well, as there lies strength 
in numbers.

    Understand all of these markers also extend to the allies who are sided with the Alliance 
Navy. I will hold no favorites, and everyone will be treated just as harshly.
