While we do respect and acknowledge your will to sit down and negotiate with the Kommissariat, we feel that it would be easier to simply direct our sentiments through a note. You do, no doubt, know of the past actions of Christoph Naumova, directed towards the Merczateers out of aggravated malice. If not, know that they include threats of inebriate caliber, which range from outright annihilation through underhanded means, to gear leaking, to lawsuit for intellectual property. Note that these are only a sample of the personal, single handed wrongdoings purported by Christoph *alone* towards the Merczateers. Combine those with actions against various members of the Iron Symphony, whom we cannot speak for, and I assure you that as a human being with any familiarity with morality and civilization, you would be able to consider our standpoint and easily understand why we so vehemently oppose negotiations or interactions with the Vanguard Armed Forces. However, you may ask why we should hold an entire group responsible for the misdeeds of one man. This is a somewhat viable argument, and therefore, we ask you to look towards the culture of choice members of the Vanguard Armed Forces, whose simple admission represents Vanguard's standards in terms of character quality. Note Anoki Chajit, whose recent defection from the Alliance Navy was followed by the defacing of their wiki, the apparent pride in his actions for doing so, and the invitation to Vanguard as an Officer. Next, Note Takkun Gray, whose destruction of Badnarik was rewarded with a similar position, and as we complained about his constant copybotting and griefing over alts - we were downplayed or ignored, as if such actions were quietly encouraged. Note Dagger Exonar's congratulation of Takkun's actions via notice, and later his mockery of Marshal Huszar's reason, announced recently at a weekly grunt meeting, for blockading Vanguard - a reason I might add, that was largely in response to Dagger's supposedly sincere curiosity. Note that such behavior is not only expected by the military community of Vanguard, but by Christoph - a sentiment most blatently noted when he attempted to get an officer with Aryte Vesperia's mod rights to tamper with the Titan Industries servers, a mere echo of Tangent Eponym and Lance Lefay's actions against Operations. And yet, Vanguard avers that it has "changed" and "gotten better," whilst clearly fostering a toxic mindset that can only perpetuate a streak of scandal and slander. However, the Merczateers do not wish to simply open this medium of communication with you to simply say that we do not wish to communicate, and want to stress that while any and all interaction is unlikely on an official level, it is not impossible, given that Vanguard does more than simply say that they have changed, and issue several "don't cheat" notices during assaults. We expect formal apologies for each malicious act conducted by Christoph Naumova, and any fellow Vanguard that have purportrated, or even publicly condoned any of the aforementioned actions. Furthermore, we expect Christoph Naumova, to be removed from the Vanguard Armed Forces as figurehead or otherwise, and if willing, be allotted the highest possible role of civilian investor. In addition to this, we request that Takkun Gray, despite being relatively inactive in Vanguard, for grievous actions of increasing intensity which can be categorized as nothing short of griefing, be removed from the group outright, and for Anoki Chajit and Dagger Exonar to be removed from their officer positions only, noting the potential benefit that they could provide for the improvement of Vanguard's moral fiber in the future, if willing. If you agree to these terms, and feel that apologies are in order, we suggest that you check the meeting log of July 12th, 2009 in order to more accurately detail the more prevalent misdeeds that we are aware of. We understand that these demands may seem steep, at best, but we assure you, it is the most we are willing to do. Best of luck to you, The Kommissariat
