*ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY*

    I've added this section to get a few things off of my chest, for those of you returning 
that were in the old Vanguard, and those of you that were use to having things easy because I 
was your friend.

    That has all changed.
    
    I've decided that this time through I care more about my groups image then I do my 
friends; in the sense that I will not let you fuck off nomatter how long you've known me, or 
how close we are. If you break the rules, I will strip you of rank and eject you if necessary. 
EVERYONE is replaceable in every aspect; thats how the world works, if you do not like it- 
quit. I will keep functioning without you.

    This includes my builders - I will pay you, I will appreciate your work, but do NOT think 
that it gives you special ground over everyone else to get away with things or break rules, 
in fact you have to be even MORE self retained to not screw around, because people look up to 
you.

    I ran my army this way for a year and a half, I'm doing so again. Put up with it or leave, 
I will not let your childishness ruin the image I'm working to build.
